| الوصف: | Este trabalho analisa as principais mudanças na Lei Federal nº 11.952/2009, conhecida como Política de Regularização Fundiária da Amazônia (PRFA), demonstrando que o Poder Público vem implementando uma política pública de privatização de terras federais ilegalmente invadidas (grilagem), causando prejuízos para a estrutura fundiária rural e para o meio ambiente da região. ; This paper analyzes the main changes in Brazilian Law no. 11,952/2009, known as the Amazon Public Policy for Land Regularization (PRFA), demonstrating that the Brazilian Government has been implementing a public policy of privatization of illegally invaded federal lands (land-grabbing), causing damage to the rural land structure and for the environment of the region. ; Cet article analyse les principaux changements de la loi brésilienne n° 11 952/2009, connue sous le nom de Politique de régularisation de la propriété foncière en Amazonie (PRFA), démontrant que le gouvernement brésilien a mené une politique publique de privatisation des terres fédérales illégalement envahies (d’accaparement de terres), causant des dommages à la structure foncière rurale et à l'environnement de la région |
