| الوصف: | 在借鉴国内外学者相关研究成果的基础之上，首先，详细界定了“杰出科学家”及“科学家行政任职”的概念：“杰出科学家”系指在科研工作中取得重大成就，并获得重大科学荣誉和同行认可的科学家。“科学家行政任职”系指科学家在其所研究的专业领域内有了一定学术地位以后，开始承担各种非科研职务，成为各种管理者、咨询者、决策者甚至是国家官员的现象。进而，明确区分了杰出科学家的任职类型。最后，系统概述了中外杰出科学家的行政任职状况。 ; On the basis of research results domestic and abroad, this paper first defines“outstanding scientist”and “Scientists Administrative Positions”who refer to the scientists who have made great achievement on science research and recognized with scientific honors,while Scientists Administrative Positions refers to the scientists of certain academic position in their area of study before suggesting non-research positions of a variety of management, consultants, policy makers and even o?cials.
