A randomized controlled clinical trial research on the effectiveness of novel treatment approach was performed. The research aimed to modernize the standard DOTS schemes that are indicated to the intensive phase of treatment using the lymphology methods, including lymphotropic indirect regional chemotherapy, interstitial-humoral regulation of lymphatic transport and drainage. Significantly better results than in reference cohort were achieved in the decreasing of the amount of pathological accumulation of fluid in the pleural space and in the reduction of basic clinical symptoms. ; S-a efectuat un studiu clinic randomizat şi controlat cu privire la cercetarea eficienţei tehnologiei curative noi, care constă în modernizarea schemelor DOTS standard cu indicarea în faza intensivă a tratamentului a metodelor limfologice: chimioterapia limfotropă indirectă, reglarea transportului interstiţial-umoral şi a drenului limfatic. A fost obţinute rezultate semnificativ mai bune în micşorarea cantităţii lichidului pleural patologic şi în lichidarea semnelor clinice de bază în comparaţie cu cohorta referinţă. |
