الوصف: | The influence of friends, personal potential, future expectations, and parents' economic conditions on the desire to continue to graduate school of accounting class XII students at SMKN 1 Solok City in 2021-2022. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The research subjects are all students of SMKN 1 Solok City. The sampling technique used the Total Sampling Method with a total sample of 59 students. Data analysis used the t-test and F-test, assisted by the SPSS and Eviews version 12 programs. The results showed that: Peers have a favorable and significant influence on interest in institutions for postsecondary education. Self-potential significantly and favorably influences the desire to pursue further education at tertiary institutions. Future expectations have a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing education at tertiary institutions. The economic condition of parents has a positive and significant effect on their interest in continuing their education at tertiary institutions.
