Diplomová práce se člení na 6 kapitol. Po úvodu následuje kapitola, která pojednává o historii statutárních měst na našem území. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám členěním obcí a poté charakterizuji pojem statutární město a zabývám se jejich právní úpravou. Čtvrtá kapitola tvoří stěžejní část mé práce a zabývá se organizací správy územně členěných statutárních měst. Pátá kapitola obsahuje komparaci dvou statutárních měst a to Prahy a Plzně. V závěrečné šesté kapitole jsou shrnuty poznatky, které jsem v průběhu psaní této diplomové práce získala. ; Neobhájeno ; The text of my diploma work is divided to six chapters. After the introduction follows the chapter, that dissertates history of statutory cities in our country. In the third chapter I pursuit the comprehensive zoning in municipalities and after that I issue the concept of statutory city. The fourth chapter represents the focal point of my diploma work and focuses on organization of administration in territorially divided statutory cities.The fifth chapter compares two statutory cities - Prague and Pilsen. In the last, sixth chapter I sum up the knowledge, what I have gained with writing this diploma work. |
