Import 04/07/2011 ; Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistický a architektonický návrh rozšíření stávajících kapacit univerzitního bydlení mimokolejního typu s přihlédnutím k měnícím se společenským, kulturním ekonomickým a sociálním podmínkám. Práce je rozdělena do tří fází. První část je věnována analýzám v daném místě a z toho vyplývajícímu urbánnímu návrhu. Urbánní struktura reaguje na založený systém kampusu a zároveň je pojítkem mezi nestejnorodými strukturami podél Opavské ulice. Návrh urbánní struktury se řídí myšlenkami koncentrace aktivit, propojování a neodtrhovat studenty od města. Druhá – architektonická část se zabývá vlastním návrhem objektu. Dům je tzv. městského typu. To znamená, že v parteru jsou služby, nad ním jsou plochy s kancelářemi a v dalších podlažích je bydlení. Dům je pavlačový s důrazem na kontakt mezi lidmi navzájem. Třetí fáze práce zabývá teoretickou otázkou bydlení, referencemi, formou, a tendencemi. ; The subject of this thesis is urban and architectural layout of the expansion of existing dormitory capacities with alternative methods of housing with regard to changing social, cultural, economic and social conditions. The work is divided into three phases. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the site resulting from the urban layout. Urban structure responds to the campus and is also a link between dissimilar structures along the street Opavská. Layout of urban structures is the thoughts of a concentration of activities, networking and don’t rip students from the city. Second - architectural section addresses the design of objects. The house is called the “urban type”. This means that services are in the pit, over the pit are offices and at the other floors there are housing. Balcony House is the emphasis on contact between people.
