硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有重量轻、保温隔热性好、比强度高等优点，在工业、日常生活、建筑等领域得到广泛应用。但纯硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的极限氧指数仅为17，易燃的缺点使其应用受到限制。因此，硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的阻燃性能研究受到人们的极大关注，提高硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的阻燃性对于促进其实际应用意义重大。 本论文围绕如何提高硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的阻燃性展开研究，主要内容如下：（1）采用一步法发泡成型工艺制备了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料，研究了无卤阻燃剂氢氧化铝（ATH）、甲基膦酸二甲酯（DMMP）、磷酸三乙酯（TEP）对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料性能的影响。（2）插层法制备硬质聚氨酯泡沫/有机蒙脱土DK5复合材料，研究有机蒙. ; Rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) is widely used in many fields such as industries, daily lives and construction and so on, because of its low mass, excellent heat insulation and relatively high specific strength. The Limit Oxygen Index (LOI) of pure RPUF is just 17, so the use of RPUF is limited for its flammability.
