الوصف: | The study aims to evaluate the attractiveness of the Lithuanian Armed Forces as an employer for the Generation Z professional military service soldiers and to identify areas of strength and improvement. The theoretical part of the work analyzes in the scientific literature the concept of generation, theories of generations according to How and Strauss and Mannheim, the characteristics of generations and their classification. Provided Generation Z characteristics and expectations as a employees. The concept of an attractive workplace is analyzed and the factors determining the image of an attractive workplace are presented. |
