الوصف: This study aims to identify the actions offered to men in health services based on primary studies identified in the database. This is an integrative review of the literature, carried out in the following databases: SCOPUS, PubMed Central, Scientific Electronic Library Online, EMBASE. The guiding question of this study was: what actions and services have been offered to men in health services? The search took place in the months of September and October 2023 and resulted in a total of 11,145 articles, of which 15 made up the final sample. Of these, 60% were published in Brazil. As for methodological aspects, 86.67% were qualitative in approach. Regarding the characterization of the actions used, the majority were developed within the scope of primary health care (80%), epidemiology (13.33%) and medium complexity (6.67%). In primary health care, sexual and reproductive health actions were the most used (25%), followed by November Blue and Hiperdia (16.67%). Concerning epidemiology, it was identified that neoplasms correspond to the main notifications with 55% and traffic accidents (30%). In medium complexity services, the main reasons for hospitalization are related to chronic diseases (55%) and kidney diseases (30%). This study made it possible to contribute to the identification of actions and services aimed at the male population in both the public and private spheres. In addition to mapping such actions and services with a view to highlighting weaknesses, helping to rethink and plan new strategies and measures that allow men access to health services at all levels of care.
