Prezentowana praca ma charakter badawczy i składa się z czterech rozdziałów, w których zawarto m.in. zagadnienia związane z teoretycznymi aspektami koncepcji resilience i możliwościami wykorzystania jej w resocjalizacji młodzieży, jak również ukazano problematykę zjawiska niedostosowania społecznego. Część pracy stanowi metodologia badań własnych, praca zawiera również analizę i interpretację wyników uzyskanych po przeprowadzeniu badań własnych z wychowawcami Młodzieżowych Ośrodków Wychowawczych. Badania miały na celu poznanie opinii wychowawców placówek resocjalizacyjnych na temat możliwości wykorzystania koncepcji resilience w procesie resocjalizacji młodzieży niedostosowanej społecznie. ; The presented work is of a research nature and consists of four chapters, which include issues related to the theoretical aspects of the concept of resilience and the possibilities of using it in the resocialisation of youth, as well as the issue of social maladjustment. Part of the thesis is the methodology of own research, the work also includes analysis and interpretation of the results obtained after conducting own research with educators of "Młodzieżowe Ośrodki Wychowawcze". The research aimed to find out the opinions of educators of resocialization institutions about the possibility of using the concept of resilience in the process of social rehabilitation of socially maladjusted youth. ; The work presented is research-oriented and consists of four chapters which cover, inter alia, the theoretical aspects of the concept of resilience and how it can be used in the social rehabilitation of young people, as well as the problem of social mismatch. Self-testing methodology is part of the work, and the work also analyses and interprets the results obtained after conducting own research with youth educators.
