| الوصف: | Die qualitative Studie beleuchtet vergleichend das Oppositionsverhalten der beiden polnischen Parteien „Recht und Gerechtigkeit“ (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość, PiS) und „Bürgerplattform“ (Platforma Obywatelska, PO) zwischen 2007 und 2019. Anhand eines oppositionstheoretischen Konzepts wird herausgearbeitet, welche Strategien die Parteien unter den Bedingungen der politischen Polarisierung und des Semipräsidentialismus anwenden und wie sie sich konkret gegenüber der Partei aus dem gegnerischen Lager an der Regierung verhalten. Dabei werden als Antwort auf die Kritik am „klassischen“ Oppositionsverständnis vielfältige Handlungsebenen und Oppositionsakteure einbezogen, um eine dynamische und moderne Perspektive auf Opposition zu ermöglichen, etwa der öffentliche Diskurs und die Themensetzung der Parteien, die Allianzbildung mit anderen Oppositionsformen, die EU-Ebene und Proteste. Ferner werden vielfältige Faktoren, die auf Oppositionsverhalten wirken können, etwa institutionelle Rahmenbedingungen, aber auch das ... : This qualitative study takes a comparative look at the opposition behaviour of the two Polish parties “Law and Justice” (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość, PiS) and “Civic Platform” (Platforma Obywatelska, PO) between 2007 and 2019. Using an opposition theory concept, the study examines which strategies the parties use under the conditions of political polarization and semi-presidentialism and how they specifically behave towards the party from the opposing camp in government. In response to the criticism of the “classical” understanding of opposition, a variety of levels of action and opposition actors are included in order to provide a dynamic and modern perspective on opposition, such as public discourse and agenda-setting, the formation of alliances with other forms of opposition, the EU level and protests.
