| الوصف: | RESUMO O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar os procedimentos e requisitos necessários para a concessão do licenciamento ambiental, apresentando todos os mecanismos de proteção ambiental, iniciando pela Avaliação de Impacto Ambiental (AIA), o Estudo Prévio de Impacto Ambiental (EPIA) e o Relatório de Impacto Ambiental (RIMA), adentrando nas etapas de concessão da Licença Prévia (LP), as Licenças de Instalação (LI) e de Operação (LO), construindo um liame entre todos os requisitos necessários para a concessão do licenciamento ambiental e a Lei 12.334/2010, que estabelece a Política Nacional de Segurança de Barragem. Utilizar-se-ão o método indutivo e pesquisa descritiva. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Impacto Ambiental; Estudo Prévio de Impacto Ambiental; Relatório de Impacto Ambiental. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the procedures and requirements necessary for the granting of environmental licensing, presenting all environmental protection mechanisms, starting with the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the Environmental Impact Assessment (EPIA) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Report. Environmental Impact Assessment (RIMA), entering into the stages of granting the Previous License (LP), Installation and Operating Licenses (LO), constructing a link between all the necessary requirements for the environmental licensing concession and Law 12.334 / 2010, which establishes the National Dam Safety Policy.
