In this study, a detailed analysis of the current manual handling practices at AVICAMP poultry farm was conducted to identify ergonomic risks. Using the RAPP methodology, the tasks of pushing and pulling carts and sacks in different workstations were evaluated. The results revealed that these tasks involve a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), primarily due to suboptimal postures, inadequate floor conditions, and issues with equipment grip. Critical factors such as posture (with high scores) and floor surface significantly contribute to the risk. Based on these findings, specific recommendations were proposed, including floor repair, optimization of equipment design, and implementation of ergonomic training programs. These measures aim to improve manual handling practices, reduce ergonomic risks, and promote the health and safety of workers at AVICAMP. ; En el presente estudio, se realizó un análisis detallado de las prácticas actuales de manejo manual de cargas en la avícola AVICAMP para identificar los riesgos ergonómicos presentes. Utilizando la metodología RAPP, se evaluaron las tareas de empuje y arrastre de carros y sacos en diferentes estaciones de trabajo. Los resultados revelaron que estas tareas implican un alto riesgo de trastornos musculoesqueléticos (MSD), principalmente debido a posturas subóptimas, condiciones inadecuadas del piso y problemas en el agarre del equipo. Se identificaron factores críticos como la postura (con puntuaciones elevadas) y la superficie del piso, que contribuyen significativamente al riesgo. Basado en estos hallazgos, se propusieron recomendaciones específicas, como la reparación del piso, la optimización del diseño del equipo y la implementación de programas de capacitación ergonómica. Estas medidas tienen como objetivo mejorar las prácticas de manejo manual de cargas, reducir los riesgos ergonómicos y promover la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores en AVICAMP. |
