Este trabalho faz uma análise básica de como a implementação do novo modelo DESSEM impactaria no mercado de comercialização de energia elétrica, especificamente o Ambiente de Contratação Livre (ACL). Através da descrição de como mercado atualmente funciona, seus órgãos reguladores, formas de negociação e explicando como os modelos NEWAVE e DECOMP trabalham,após isso foi traçado um comparativo com as características do novo modelo a ser implementado. Os resultados foram oriundos de extensas buscas em bases de dados da Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica (CCEE), agentes do mercado e trabalhos científicos e foi constatado que a nova modelagem irá prover dados mais reais e decisões mais assertivas ao Operador Nacional do Sistema (ONS), otimizando a geração em todo o Sistema Nacional Interligado (SIN) e a valoração do Preço das Liquidação das Diferenças (PLD) será mais condizente a real a geração nacional, porém o mercado deverá levar um tempo para se adequar às mudanças. ; This paper makes a basic analysis of how the implementation of the new DESSEM model would impact on the electricity trading market, specifically the Free Contracting Environment (ACL). By describing how the market currently works, its regulators, ways of trading and explaining how the NEWAVE and DECOMP models works, a comparison was made with the characteristics of the new model to be implemented. The results came from extensive searches of the Electric Energy Trading Chamber (CCEE) databases, market players and scientific work and it was found that the new modeling will provide more real data and more assertive decisions to the National System Operator ( ONS), optimizing generation across the National Interconnected System (SIN) and the valuation of the Price of Settlement of Differences (PLD) will be more in line with the real national generation, but the market should take time to adjust to changes. |
