| الوصف: | The book makes an approach to the problem of violence, from the point of view of the direct actors -in this case men and masculinity patternsas well as those who approach the problem from different perspectives such as state entities, NGOs and judicial operators. To respond to this objective-general structure, a detailed exposition of the theme was made in the construction of concepts of masculinity and violence; the description of the factors involved in the problem of violence, the causes, the invisibility of the problem and the subsequent damage to the victims; as well as the historical, geopolitical and psychosocial contextualization to understand the various aspects that complicate the problem and justify its interdisciplinary management. From a perspective that is still limited in a new context of justice and captivity, it is hoped that this will be a contribution that constitutes an alert for the work model that will guide the Special Jurisdiction for Peace; that even affects the right to evidence, to the extent that it proposes a new way of assessing sexual violence. ; El libro realiza una aproximación al problema de la violencia a partir de la mirada de los actores directos -en este caso, los hombres y los patrones de masculinidad-, como de quienes abordan el problema desde distintas perspectivas como los entes estatales, las ONG’s y los operadores judiciales. Para responder a esta estructura objetivo-general, se realizó una detallada exposición del tema en la construcción de conceptos de masculinidad y violencia; la descripción de los factores intervinientes en el problema de la violencia, las causas, la invisibilización del problema y los daños subsecuentes en las víctimas; así como la contextualización histórica, geopolítica y psicosocial para entender las diversas vertientes que complejizan el problema y justifican su manejo interdisciplinario.
