| الوصف: | The aim of this study was to determine the efficiency of transcranial motor evoked potential monitoring (tcMEP) in the prevention of ischemic complications in the surgical clipping of unruptured intracranial aneurysms. We defined the disruptive factors observed and their impact on tcMEP evaluation, depicted the false negative findings observed and examined the association between intraoperative status and postoperative motor function. ; Das Ziel dieser Studie lag in der Bewertung des Nutzens von transkraniell motorisch- evozierten Potenzialen (tcMEP) auf die Prävention ischämischer Komplikationen im Clipping unrupturierter, intrakranieller Aneurysmata. Es erfolgte die Kategorisierung der beobachteten Störfaktoren, die Bewertung der falsch- negativen Ergebnisse sowie die statistische Auswertung des Einflusses des intraoperativen tcMEP Status auf die postoperative motorische Funktion. |
