官南寨寨民应对肾结石病的案例为我们提供了考察不同医疗实践的正当性基础的可能。现代医疗、鬼神巫术与民间偏方治疗肾结石病的过程中，“国家”权威与“科学”的紧密勾连构成了现代医疗的正当性的来源；民间医生精细地区分了“不科学的”与“不是科学”两种概念，以避免失去正当性；而鬼神巫术则仍可以在本地社会文化结构中找到正当性基础。 ; One of the most longstanding issues focused by Medical anthropology is the pluralism of medical practices. Medical practice, as a social cultural process, requires its own justification to justify the healing behavior.By studying the ways that villagers in Guannan tackle the kidney stone can lead us to exam the justification bases of different medical prac-tice:the idea of state and science are highly combine together, which makes the modern medicine enjoy a dominant status. Therefore alternative medical practitioner emphasize the fine distinction between the concepts of un-scientific and not-scien-tific to justify their medical practice;and the justification of witchcraft healing roots in the villager social culture structures. ; 0 ; 5 ; 103-107 |
