The main reason for the development of post-traumatic crusarthrosis is the consequences of a previous injury to the ankle joint.Objective − to demonstrate the successful experience of using a diaphyseal autograft from the fibula as a fixator of the calcaneal-talo-tibial complex during revision two-articular arthrodesis.Materials and methods. A 37-year-old patient underwent correction of the deformity of the limb, osteoplastic arthrodesis of the ankle joint with fixation with an intramedullary retrograde tibial nail, followed by removal of the metal structure against the background of severe pain due to aseptic loosening of the previously installed structure and fixation of the calcaneal-talo-tibial complex with the autograft from the fibula.Results. As a result of the treatment, the support function of the left lower limb was restored, the pain syndrome was stopped, the patient returned to his previous work activity.Conclusion. Performing osteoplastic arthrodesis of the ankle joint is an effective method for restoring the support ability of the limb in the treatment of the consequences of intra-articular injuries of the distal tibia. ; Основной причиной развития посттравматического крузартроза являются последствия ранее перенесенной травмы голеностопного сустава.Цель исследования — демонстрация успешного опыта применения диафизарного аутотрансплантата из малоберцовой кости в качестве фиксатора пяточно-таранно-большеберцового комплекса при выполнении ревизионного двухсуставного артродеза.Материал и методы. Пациенту 37 лет выполнено исправление деформации конечности, костнопластический артродез голеностопного сустава с фиксацией интрамедуллярным ретроградным большеберцовым стержнем с последующим удалением металлоконструкции на фоне выраженного болевого синдрома в связи с асептическим расшатыванием ранее установленной конструкции и фиксацией пяточно-таранно-большеберцового комплекса аутотрансплантатом из малоберцовой кости.Результаты.
