Este trabajo pretende ofrecer una respuesta general a qué debe entenderse por “conflicto interno”, a los efectos de su posible exclusión de la aplicación de los Reglamentos de la UE. Para ello se parte del paradigma tradicional sobre la función de las normas de conflicto, al tiempo que se propone un nuevo paradigma y se muestran sus efectos sobre la cuestión planteada. ; This paper aims to provide a general answer to what is meant by "internal conflict", for the purposes of its possible exclusion from the application of EU Regulations. This is based on the traditional paradigm on the role of conflict rules, while at the same time proposing a new paradigm and showing its effects on the issue raised. |
