| الوصف: | 目的对245份不同产地羌活Notopterygium incisum样品的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行研究。方法采用叶绿体cpDNA trnT-trnL直接测序的方法和邻接法(NJ)对245份羌活样品进行遗传多样性和遗传结构分析。结果物种水平上单倍型多样性(Hd)指数为0.873,核苷酸多样性(Pi)指数为0.004 07;种群水平上Hd介于0~0.900,Pi指数介于0~0.054 4,与同属的宽叶羌活Notopterygium franchetii相比,遗传多样性水平居中;分子方差分析表明,羌活大部分遗传变异(77.55%)发生在居群间,居群间的基因流(Nm=0.145)较低,群体间变异是羌活. |
