الوصف:	We report a rare case of tertiary syphilis in a middle aged man who presented with a 6-month history of ulceration of his left eye with extreme pain. Physical examination revealed fistulas, granuloma with ulcer, and corneal opacity with granulomatous conjunctivitis in the left eye. Based on the patient's clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination results, neurosyphilis was diagnosed.
