هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى الفروق في مستوى فاعلية أداء المعلمات في الكشف عن الأطفال الموهوبين في رياض الأطفال وفقاً لبعض متغيرات الديمغرافية بمدينة عمان، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته أغراض هذه الدراسة، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية من معلمات رياض الأطفال في العاصمة عمان، والبالغ عددهن (309) معلمةً، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى فاعلية أداء المعلمات في الكشف عن الأطفال الموهوبين في رياض الأطفال والمتمثلة في المؤشرات الانفعالية والاجتماعية، والمؤشرات الإبداعية، ومؤشرات على الدافعية مرتفعة المستوى من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى فاعلية أداء المعلمات في الكشف عن الأطفال الموهوبين في رياض الأطفال وفقاً لبعض متغيرات الديمغرافية بمدينة عمان، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على الموهوبين في رياض الأطفال كأداة لرفع مستوى فاعلية أداء المعلمات. ; This study aimed to identify the differences in the level of effectiveness of female teachers ’performance in detecting gifted children in kindergarten according to some demographic variables in Amman, by using the descriptive approach since it suits the purpose of the study. The study sample was randomly chosen from the kindergarten teachers in the capital, Amman, which numbered (309) female teachers. The results of the study have shown that the level of effectiveness of female teachers’ performance in detecting gifted children in kindergarten represented by the following indicators: (emotional and social, creative, and motivation) were of high level from the point of view of teachers. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of effectiveness of female teachers in detecting gifted children in kindergarten according to some demographic variables in Amman. The study recommended the necessity of focusing on the talented students in kindergarten as a tool to raise the level of effectiveness of female teachers’ performance. |
