| الوصف: | The labor for payment procedure has established itself as one of the most important tools for justicein labor litigation. However, there are practical mismatches that call for a correct theoreticalreflection with the objective of proposing improvements and interpretation criteria according tothe best for payment procedure technique. In addition, this paper makes a proposal to the role ofthe judge in this type of proceedings. ; El procedimiento monitorio laboral se ha consolidado como uno de los instrumentos más importantespara impartir justicia en el orden laboral. Sin embargo, existen desajustes prácticos que ameritanuna correcta reflexión teórica con el objetivo de proponer mejoras y criterios de interpretaciónacordes a la técnica monitoria. Además, este artículo realiza una propuesta a la actuación deljuez en este tipo procedimental. |
