الوصف:	本稿では，2021年2月4日に実施した沖縄県SIP4D連接実証実験について報告する．この実験は，沖縄県防災情報システムを，SIP4D（基盤的防災情報流通ネットワーク）に対して，避難所情報をアップロードできるように改修した結果を検証することを目的としている．さらに，防災科研が開発したSIP4D利活用システムを用いて，陸上自衛隊第15旅団からの被害情報をSIP4Dに提供し，ISUT-SITE上で，自治体からの情報と自衛隊からの情報が統合管理することが可能であることが確認された．実証実験の後，沖縄県と3つの基礎自治体および自衛隊にインタビュー調査を行い，こうした災害情報の統合管理の有効性について確認した．In this paper, we report on the “Okinawa Prefecture SIP4D Concatenation Demonstration Experiment” conducted on February 4, 2021. The purpose of this experiment is to verify the results of the modification of the Okinawa Prefecture disaster prevention information system so that shelter information can be uploaded to SIP4D (Shared Information Platform for Disaster Management). Furthermore, using the SIP4D utilization system (NIED-DISS) developed by NIED, the 15th Brigade of JGSDF (Japan Ground Self-Defense Force) provided damage information to SIP4D. This confirmed that it is possible to manage information from local governments and information from the Self-Defense Forces in an integrated manner on ISUT-SITE. After the demonstration experiment, we conducted an interview survey with Okinawa Prefecture, three basic municipalities, and JGSDF to confirm the effectiveness of integrated management of such disaster information.
