الوصف: Na početku završnog rada obrađene su mikro plinske turbine, njihova primjena, prednosti i nedostaci, povijesni razvoj te princip rada koji se temelji na Brayton-ovom otvorenom plinskom ciklusu. Nakon toga slijedi potpuni opis mikro plinske turbine JetCat SPT5 kao i najbitnijih komponenata koji dolaze u njenom sastavu. Nakon shvaćanja načina rada te turbine pristupa se rješavanju termodinamičkog proračuna kojim se dobiva konačna snaga na izlaznom vratilu kao i korisnost turbine. Na izlaznom vratilu potrebno je odabrati sustav kočenja kojim bi bio osiguran otpor te time i sigurnost rada turbine. U ovom slučaju odabire se histerezna kočnica koja koči na principu odnosa okretnog momenta i električne struje. Konačan i jedan od glavnih zadataka bio je osmisliti postolje na kojem bi se testirao rad mikro plinske turbine, kao i kućište koje bi služilo kao zaštita od buke i opeklina. ; At the beginning of the final thesis, micro gas turbines, their application, advantages and disadvantages, historical development and the principle of operation based on Brayton's open gas cycle were discussed. This is followed by a complete description of the JetCat SPT5 micro gas turbine as well as the most important components that come in its composition. After understanding the mode of operation of this turbine, the thermodynamic calculation is approached, which provides power on the output shaft as well as the efficiency of the turbine. On the output shaft, it is necessary to select a braking system that would ensure resistance and thus the safety of the turbine. In this case, a hysteresis brake is selected, which brakes on the principle of the ratio of torque and electric current. The final and one of the main tasks was to design a test bed on which to test the operation of the micro gas turbine, as well as a housing that would serve as protection against noise and burns.
