The COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina, as well as in many parts of the world, affected the organization of health services and had serious consequences on health teams, in relation to the preexisting labor and biosafety conditions in each institution, but also in terms of the stress with which they began to live and work daily. This research focused on mental health professionals, who continued their work living under the same risks and stress situations as their patients. In order to describe and compare the emotional reactions and personal and professional resources used by therapists both at 15 days and at 120 days after confinement, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out. It had an incidental sample, composed of 491 mental health workers, between 24 and 85 years of age, of which 383 were women and 90 were men, representing 80.8% and 19.2% respectively. The surveys were taken online. The emotional states of uncertainty, anxiety, fear and sleep disturbance were the most prevalent and sustained over time. The decrease in fear and rest stands out compared to the increase in anger in the second measurement moment. Personal re-sources did not vary from a previous survey of the general population in which series and movies, physical activity and cooking were highlighted. While, in the resources associated with the professional plane, that were most effective for the therapists are the online training, exchanges with col-leagues and reading. ; La pandemia por COVID-19 en Argentina, así como en muchos lugares del mundo, afectó la organización de los servicios de salud y tuvo serias consecuencias en los equipos sanitarios, en relación a las condiciones laborales y de bioseguridad pre-existentes en cada institución, pero además en cuanto al estrés con que se comenzó a vivir y trabajar diariamente.
