Article's purpose is to determine the current status of indicators that characterize the level of physical preparedness and efficiency of 15-16 years girls. Methodology. The following methods were used: theoretical – analysis and generalization of domestic and foreign scientific and methodological literature materials, Internet resources, normative documents, periodicals, etc.; empirical – pedagogical observation, pedagogical control tests; graphic – for visual display of material in the form of diagrams; methods of statistical data processing. Scientific novelty. The data on the current state of individual indicators characterizing the level of physical preparedness and working capacity of girls of 15 – 16 years have been supplemented. Conclusions. The results of the exercise test indicate the uneven development of individual physical qualities and physical efficiency of girls in general. Female students have shown good results in displaying agility, speed and cardiovascular performance with maximum power loads. The female students participating in the study have the low level of flexibility development, which in the future can lead to impaired muscle function and the flow of nervous processes and as a consequence – to reduce the efficiency of work and rapid fatigue of the body in general. The results of the "beep test" show an extremely unsatisfactory level of development of the general endurance and aerobic efficiency of the experiment participants. Individual analysis of the obtained assessments regarding the manifestation of physical qualities and the functioning of functional systems of the organism will increase the efficiency of managing the process of physical education; will facilitate the rational construction of the process of development of physical qualities. Further exploration calls for improved approaches to defining students' physical and physical health norms, and it is advisable to evaluate their individual growth and readiness for performance as a level of competence. |
