În articol sunt prezentate date privind utilizarea grupelor sanguine la crearea liniilor taurilor reproducători ai tipului moldovenesc al rasei Bălţată cu negru. A fost stabilită frecvenţa antigenelor în 9 sisteme ale grupelor sanguine, similitudinea şi divergenţele genetice, coeficientul homozigoţiei, cele mai răspândite alele şi alelele marker a celor 5 linii studiate. ; In the article are presented data concerning the use of blood groups at the creation of lines of breeding bulls of Moldovan type of breed motley with black. It was established the antigens frequency in 9 systems of blood group, the similarity and genetic differences homozygosity coefficient, the most widespread alleles and marker alleles of those 5 studied lines . |
