| الوصف: | [EN] This work is a Security and Health Study which is focused on the exposed workers of the Production and Maintenance Departments of a company dedicated to the thermal and thermochemical treatment of metals. The reason of doing the research is motivated by the proposal from the company to improve the safety working conditions of its workers in two of the most dangerous and with the highest accident rate in terms of occupational hazards. With that purpose, the productive process of the company will be described, deepening in the tasks made by the workers of both departments. This will be implemented by making an identification of risks, an evaluation of them and finally a proposal of preventive measures in order to guarantee safety and health in the jobs considered. ; [ES] Este trabajo se centra en la realización del Estudio de Seguridad y Salud de los trabajadores expuestos de los Departamentos de Producción y Mantenimiento de una empresa dedicada al tratamiento térmico y termoquímico de metales. El motivo de realización del mismo es la necesidad manifestada por parte de la empresa de mejorar las condiciones de seguridad de sus empleados en dos de los departamentos con mayor siniestralidad y mayores riesgos laborales. Para ello, se describirá el proceso productivo general de la empresa, profundizando en las tareas realizadas por el personal de los dos departamentos anteriormente mencionados. Se realizará la identificación de riesgos, una evaluación de los mismos y finalmente se definirá un plan de medidas preventivas a aplicar con el fin de garantizar la seguridad y la salud en los puestos de trabajo considerados. ; Resta López, R.; García-Fayos, B.; Sancho, M.; Arnal Arnal, JM.
