In the conditions of globalization, transformational changes of individual branches in the structure of the national economy of most countries of the world are taking place. At the same time, the main role is played by the infrastructural support for the development of the spheres of economic activity. Infrastructure is a critically important component of the national economy and the basis of state and regional policy in the context of ensuring balanced sustainable, inclusive and smart development. In view of this, the purpose of this study is to generalize and systematize theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the concepts “mechanism”, “management”, “management mechanism”, “development”, “infrastructure”, “critical infrastructure”; defining the essence and content of the term “critical infrastructure development management mechanism” from the standpoint of economic recovery and restructuring and ensuring national security. |
