En este artículo se analizan las políticas de transporte público en el Área Metropolitana de Guadalajara (AMG). Se hace un estudio político de las políticas públicas en la materia. El periodo de estudio abarca los años de 1980 a 2016. El argumento central que articula este texto plantea que en la arena del transporte público hay una estructura de poder integrada por un conjunto de actores e instituciones que impiden la solución de fondo de un problema público. De tal modo que socioló- gicamente se hace un rastreo de los proyectos de gran envergadura en este tema de política pública, para posteriormente trazar la conste- lación de actores y grupos sociales implicados en un espacio social concreto. ; This paper analyzes the policies of public transportation in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara (AMG). A political study of the policies is made. The central argument of the text is that there is a power structure consisting of actors and institutions that hinder the solution of a problem of the public in the arena of public transport. The text makes a sociological trace of the great projects in this issue of public policy. And then draw the constellation of actors and social groups involved in a specific social space. |
