| الوصف: | As the quality of life is gradually increasing, interest in medical care and effective health management methods are becoming more important. Therefore, the way and form of providing medical care is also changing. At the same time, with the rapid development of the mobile communication industry, the possibility of providing health-related services through telephones or other mobile devices is gradually being discovered. As a new form of medical service, non-telemedicine applications are emerging in Korea, while in China, telemedicine based applications are making great progress due to legal "telemedicine" allowances, so it is worth noting these new forms of healthcare. Starting in 2016, there are approximately 2000 mHealth applications in China under the Chinese government's set of promotion policies (Fast Track Research Institute, 2019) and the market size for 2020 is expected to be 50 billion yuan, and the number of users of mHealth applications in the first half of 2020 has been statisticed at 5.9 billion. In the case of South Korea, the Ministry of Health and Welfare temporarily allowed telephone treatment as the COVID-19 outbreak broke out, and is showing active attitudes and actions regarding whether to allow remote treatment. For example, Bucheon St. Mary's Hospital started remote monitoring of patients overseas (Health Kyunghyang, October 21. 2020), and treatment is also being conducted through the hospital's chatbot (Pressian, May 14. 2020).
