[EN] Research in fine arts, within universities around the world, is growing. Little by little, the university art city has been mounting the scaffolding with which the building of artistic practice as research is being built. However, we must have clearly that we are creating the scaffolding at the same time as we build the building. With the scaffolding we can supply the material for the construction at the same time that the specialists who use it are located. A construction of several rooms that rise with the help of different structures. The foundation is the first structure, from there everything else will hold. We can say that the foundations of practice as research are composed of the works of anthropologists and ethnographers who gave us the ways of accessing information throgh observation and, in particular, participant observation and textual analysis. ; [ES] La investigación en bellas artes, dentro de las universidades de todo el mundo, va haciéndose mayor. Poco a poco, la ciudad artística universitaria, ha ido montando el andamiaje con el que se está construyendo el edificio de la práctica artística como investigación. Sin embargo, debemos tener claramente que estamos creando el andamiaje al mismo tiempo que construimos el edificio. Con el andamiaje podemos suministrar el material para la construcción al mismo tiempo que se sitúan los especialistas que lo utilizan para ello. Una construcción de varias habitaciones que se van elevando con la ayuda de diferentes estructuras. Los cimientos es la primera estructura, desde allí se sostendrá todo lo demás. Podemos decir que los cimientos de la práctica como investigación lo componen los trabajos de los antropólogos y etnógrafos que nos dieron las formas de acceder a la información por medio de la observación y en especial, de la observación participante y el análisis textual.
