Cilj je ovoga rada predstaviti stvaranje sekundarnoga dokumentacijskog fonda Posebna događanja. Ustrojavanje se sastojalo od tri faze rada. Prva faza obuhvaćala je pregledavanje muzejske dokumentacije Hrvatskoga školskog muzeja o izložbama, pokretnim izložbama i dokumentacije o događanjima s ciljem pronalaska svih relevantnih informacija i podataka potrebnih za ustroj fonda, druga faza bila je digitalizacija prikupljene dokumentacije, a treća obrada dokumentacije u modulu S++. Od osnutka Hrvatskoga školskog muzeja 1901. do danas održano je 161 posebno događanje, od čega je 75 % svih događanja održano od 2000. godine. ; This paper aims to present the creation of a secondary document collection titled Special Events. It was organized through three stages. The first stage included examination of museum documentation of the Croatian School Museum that concerns exhibitions, mobile exhibitions and events for the purpose of finding all relevant information and data necessary to organize this collection, the second stage was intended to digitalize all documents collected, whereas the third stage was reserved for the processing of such documentation using Module S++. 161 special events have been completed since the Croatian School Museum was established in 1901, 75% of which were held in or after the year 2000. |
