Treball Final de Grau en Infermeria. Codi: IN1138. Curs: 2018/2019 ; Introduction: cannabis has been used throughout history with different purposes, however nowadays it is the most used drug in the whole world only after alcohol and tobacco. To be precise, cannabis is also the third most used drug among minors in Spain, reporting consequences for them in all the crucial aspects of the most vulnerable population in our country. Aim: to know the relationship between cannabis use and academic performance in adolescents. Method: an integrative literature review. The key words were combined with the Boolean operators “AND” and “OR”, in 5 different databases: TRIP Database, PubMed, Proquest Nursing & Allied Health Database, SCOPUS y NICE Database. Outcomes: the number of the articles selected amounted to 28 scientific publications after applying the relevant filters. The analysis of each of the articles, their level of recommendation and the level of evidence according to the CASPe scale was carried out. Conclusions: cannabis affects to the different areas of a minor´s life increasing the risk of consequences such as academic failure, high risk sexual relationships and bad family relationships. Various interventions are shown from which nursing professionals can act on this problems. Cannabis affects both the minor and his environment. Nursing professionals have a primordial role to develop in this situations. ; Introducción: el cannabis ha sido utilizado a lo largo de la historia con diferentes objetivos, sin embargo hoy en día es la droga más utilizada en el mundo después del alcohol y el tabaco; en concreto, el cannabis es también la tercera droga más usada entre los menores de edad en España, reportando consecuencias para estos en las esferas más importantes en las vidas de la población más vulnerable de nuestro país.
