Family sculpture is a tool based on the concept of the body as a medium that aims to help the collaborative building of a steady corporeal representation of the family. The approach stems from the systemic field ; the author is proposing a redefinition within the range of the group psychoanalysis epistemology. If families suffer from a lack of symbolization, the family sculpture can work as an attractor of badly, little or not at all psychised materials. While updating the fantasy of a common body through regression, this group corporeal figuration will lead to relaunch the association ability. À clinical vignette will illustrate the interest of this tool in psychoanalytic family and couple therapies. ; La sculpture familiale est un outil de médiation corporelle qui consiste à proposer la co-construction d’une représentation statique et corporelle de la famille. Issue du champ systémique, l’auteur en propose une redéfinition dans le champ de l’épistémologie psychanalytique groupale. Dans les situations de souffrance familiale liées à un défaut de symbolisation, la sculpture familiale devient un attracteur du matériel mal, peu ou pas psychisé. Par cette figuration corporelle groupale qui réactualise, par régression, un fantasme de corps commun, une relance associative va alors pouvoir s’effectuer.
