| الوصف: | Ce numéro réunit les publications liées aux programmes de développement agricole et rural (PNDAR). Ces projets sont financés par le Compte d’affectation spéciale développement agricole et rural (CASDAR) 2017. ; National audience ; The generational renewal of farm managers and more broadly of agricultural workers is a major challenge for agriculture. The aim of the AmTrav'Ovin project was to produce resources for meat and milk sheep farmers, their advisors and teachers in order to help improve working conditions. Nearly ¾ of the farmers surveyed believe that the administrative workload, their balance between private and professional life and their working conditions are not satisfactory. Animal and herd behavior knowledge, involvement in collective organizations, delegation of specific tasks, development of production systems relying more strongly on grazing, and the use of modern and adapted farming equipments are the main levers of action. Ergonomic studies of emblematic operations such as lambing, the training of lambs for milking, the setting up of grazing areas at night or horn trimming have offered design benchmarks for effective organizational improvements taking into account both breeder’s needs and animal welfare. The implementation of these innovations will be pursued through the support of projects led by advisers and teachers who are not labor specialists. ; Le renouvellement des générations des chefs d'exploitation et plus largement celui des actifs agricoles constituent un enjeu majeur pour l'agriculture. Le projet AmTrav'Ovin avait pour objet de produire, à destination des éleveurs d'ovins viande et lait, de leurs conseillers et des enseignants, des ressources pour améliorer les conditions d'exercice du métier. Près des ¾ des éleveurs interrogés estiment que la charge administrative, leur équilibre vie privée et vie professionnelle et leurs conditions de travail ne sont pas satisfaisants.
