| الوصف: | The article takes as its object as formative experiences related to diversity, the scholarship recipients from the Teaching Initiation Fellowship Program (TIFP) of a public university in the State of Bahia. The objective is to analyze the understandings of Pedagogy and Social Sciences in the initiation to teaching, considering their experiences not Interdisciplinary subproject “Diversity and Teaching in Basic Education”. The study was anchored in qualitative research, having as source observations, group conversations and interviews. We used a methodological approach of autobiography related to diversity in the school context, particularly as related to ethnic/racial relations, gender diversity and sexuality from the point of view of the affirmation of human rights. As a result, we noticed that the focus of the analysis of graduates was focused on a perspective of intercultural understanding about the diversity, which favored the development of the analysis that considers a reality of the students enrolled in basic education. ; O artigo tem como objeto de estudo as experiências formativas relacionadas à diversidade de estudantes da licenciatura, bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid) da Universidade do Estado da Bahia (UNEB). Analisa as compreensões de licenciandos de Pedagogia e de Ciências Sociais na iniciação à docência, considerando suas vivências no subprojeto interdisciplinar: “Diversidade e Docência na Educação Básica”. Ancora-se na pesquisa qualitativa, tendo como dispositivos observações, rodas de conversas e entrevistas. Utiliza a abordagem metodológica da (auto)biografia relacionada à diversidade no contexto escolar, particularmente as ligadas às relações étnico/raciais, diversidade de gênero e sexualidades sob o ponto de vista da afirmação dos direitos humanos. Como resultado, tem-se o foco de análise dos estudantes ancorado numa perspectiva de entendimento intercultural sobre a diversidade, fato que favorece o desenvolvimento de análise que considera a realidade ... |
