This diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of project management tools in the context of modern trends and technologies currently available on the market. The main objective of this thesis is to make a detailed comparison of selected project management tools. The thesis focuses on the comparison of tools that are used in practice and are most suitable for modern projects. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms and concepts of project management and a detailed analysis of trends and technologies, including agile project management, Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Number of project management tools such as Jira, Github, Asana and others are introduced. Its features, advantages and disadvantages are described for each tool. The selected tools are compared in the practical part of the thesis. The comparison is based on predefined criteria such as cost, functionality, user interface and others. Testing is also performed on a specific project to evaluate how each tool behaves in practice and what are the benefits in different types of projects. The result of the work is a detailed comparison of the selected tools, an assessment of how they reflect modern trends and technologies in project management, and recommendations of the most appropriate tools for specific needs and project types. This work can be a useful resource for project management professionals and managers looking for the best tools to manage their projects in a modern environment. ; Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na porovnání nástrojů pro projektové řízení v kontextu moderních trendů a technologií, které jsou v současné době na trhu k dispozici. Hlavním cílem této práce je provést podrobné porovnání vybraných nástrojů pro projektové řízení.
