| الوصف: | Im institutionellen Feld der Erziehungshilfe besteht ein großer Bedarf an Fortbildung bezüglich der sozialen und kulturellen Vielfalt von Fürsorge und Erziehung. Am Institut für Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie der Freien Universität Berlin wird derzeit ein entsprechendes Fortbildungsangebot für Fachkräfte erarbeitet und erprobt. Der Beitrag analysiert den zugrundeliegenden Bedarf, stellt die Lernziele der Fortbildung vor und skizziert deren Struktur und Inhalte. = In the institutional field of educational assistance, there is a great need for training on the social and cultural diversity of care and education. The Institute for Social and Cultural Anthropology at Freie Universität Berlin is currently developing and testing a corresponding training program for professionals. The article analyses the underlying need, presents the learning objectives of the training and outlines its structure and content. |
