الوصف: A novel strategy based on phase transfer catalysis for the diastereoselective and enantioselective direct assembly of unsymmetric beta,beta-diaryl-alpha-amino acid esters via 1,6-conjugate addition of para-quinone methides and glycine derivatives is described.
