| الوصف: | 中文摘要 本研究的目的在探討天主教中學輔導教師專業角色發展歷程的特色，並針對天主教中學學校環境和輔導教師之間的互動進行分析，藉以探討天主教中學輔導工作現況與所面臨的問題。研究者本著質性研究精神，以深度訪談及觀察蒐集研究資料，透過與兩位現職的天主教中學輔導教師的深度訪談和對其工作環境的觀察，將研究參與者的訪談資料內容加以整理、分類，並予以詮釋分析。研究結果如下： 一、 天主教中學輔導教師的專業角色發展歷程，研究者將之分為新手階段、發展階段與成熟階段。其專業發展歷程因輔導教師的個性、人格特質、專業背景與價值信念及學校環境的不同而展現不同的風格。 二、天主教中學學校環境對輔導工作的影響，可歸納成五大要素： (一)在「學校的宗教文化氣氛」部份，天主教中學對教師與學生的信仰相當尊重且開放，宗教輔導工作朝「生命教育」方向發展，但對天主教禁忌議題仍是保守的。 (二)在「校長領導風格」方面，由於天主教中學校長的任期較長，因此，校長的辦學理念對輔導工作的發展方向有極重要的影響。 (三)在「行政人員的配合」方面，行政人員能從輔導觀點配合輔導策略，在輔導工作的推動上是很大的助力。 (四)在「其他教師」方面，輔導教師提供一般教師輔導諮詢與轉介服務，可以強化輔導教師的專業地位。 (五)在「學生需求」方面，天主教中學輔導教師能運用輔導資源來協助學生的個案輔導，而學校在課程的調整較有彈性，可依學生的需求，發展有特色的生涯輔導活動課程。 三、宗教輔導與輔導合併在輔導室，增加了輔導教師的工作負擔，也易模糊輔導室的專業形象。 四、輔導室改稱「諮商中心」，可以看到天主教中學在行政組織上的彈性，但「諮商中心」名稱，可能窄化輔導教師的功能。 五、天主教教義禁忌面臨了世俗環境的挑戰，亦使輔導教師在諮商專業倫理的遵守面臨兩難。 六、天主教中學全人教育理念面臨升學與招生的挑戰，使升學輔導工作更加重要。 最後，研究者根據本研究的結果，對研究過程進行反思，並對天主教中學輔導工作的發展提出建議，另對本研究的限制與未來的研究提出進一歩探討的方向。 關鍵詞：天主教中學、輔導教師、宗教輔導教師、輔導教師專業角色發展歷程、學校環境 ; The Developing Process of Professional Role of Guidance Teacher in Catholic High School and Their Work Status Profession Wei-Ting Hung Abstract This study aims to discuss the features in the developing process of the professional role of guidance teachers in Catholic high school, and analyze the interaction between the school environment and guidance teachers to see how the guidance work in Catholic high school proceeds and what problems it is facing. This study applied qualitative research and employed in-depth visitation and observation as the main methods to collect data through interviewing two guidance teachers currently working in a Catholic high school and observing their working environment. The collected data were sorted out, categorized and interpreted to conclude research result, as described in the following: 1. In terms of the developing process of the professional role of guidance teachers in Catholic high school, the researcher has divided it into three stages, namely “rookie stage”, “developing stage” and “mature stage”.
