During this essay were tested the effect of three plant hormones, indol butyric acid (AIB), naphthalene acetic acid (ANA) and indol acetic acid (AIA),on rooting of magnolia by air layering. The best result was obtained with AIB, at a concentration of 200 mg/L, after an incubation period of 335 days. It was observed abundant root formation. ; En este ensayo se reporta la acción de tres hormonas de crecimiento, ácido indol butírico (AIB), ácido naftaleno acético (ANA) y ácido indol acético (AIA), en el enraizamiento de acodos aéreos de Magnolia grandiflora L. El mejor resultado se obtuvo con AIB, a una concentración de 200 mg/l, después de un período de incubación de 335 días, en el que se observó abundante formación de raíces. |
