[要旨]教育費支援情報に関る広報・施策について、20 政令指定都市のホームページを主に情報収集・分析し、7 点の特徴を析出した。1. HPへのアクセシビリティにおける配慮 (読み上げ・ひらがな・多言語等)、2. 市情報ガイ ド・子育てガイドの作成公開及び子育て支援ナビ等の運用、3. ひとり親家庭に係る支援情報冊子等の作成公開、4. 教育委員会による教育費支援情報の一覧・チラシ等の作成公開、5. 生活保護世帯の中高生を対象にした進路指導冊子の作成公開、6. 政令市独自の施策の実施 (幼児教育・保育の無償化政策を包含する事業、義務教育段階での独自支援、新型コロナウイルス感染症対応での独自支援、高校大学生向けの独自奨学金、教育ローンの利子補填、特定職種を対象とした修学資金、社会的養護を要する者への給付型奨学金、奨学金返還支援事業)、7. 政令市に係る公立大学 (法人)における学費の減免・新型コロナウイルス感染症対応としての独自の経済的支援、である。 ; This study aimed to assess how to publicize various information on educational expenses support at 20 ordinance-designated cities. The following seven points were extracted: 1; Consideration for people with disabilities, the elderly, and foreigners in accessibility to the website. 2; Publication and operation of city information and guides regarding parenting. 3; Publication of booklets covering support information for single parent families. 4; Publication of a list of educational support information and leaflets by the Board of Education. 5; Publication of a career guidance booklet for middle and high school students in welfare households. 6; Implementation of measures unique to ordinance-designated cities; and 7; Tuition fee exemption at public universities related to government-designated cities and unique financial support for COVID-19. ; Research Paper ; research report |
