The effectiveness of the future teachers' independent work becomes a determining factor in the quality of their training. This attracts attention to the issues of managing independent work, substantiation of appropriate pedagogical conditions, development of methodological systems in specific educational disciplines. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and our own experience it has been determined that for the effective realization of ICT-oriented management of future teachers' independent work, it is necessary to create an information and communication educational environment, which includes variational educational-informational, instructional-methodical, program-instrumental, as well as communication resources for organizing and supporting such work; to use a system that automates the processes of collecting, accumulating and analytical processing of indicators of educational achievements; to ensure the readiness of all participants in the educational process to the specified management. Management of independent work in the process of study the discipline "Qualimetry and diagnostics of the educational process" was organized by us in the following stages: information gathering and situation assessment; setting objectives; decision making; implementation of the decision; monitoring and evaluation of the results; correction. Students' independent work was provided through the following ICT tools: Moodle LMS; Internet information resources; built-in Moodle testing and monitoring system; models of inductive statistics methods that have specially prepared in Excel environmental; computer tools for communication; tools of common technologies. As a result of the implementation of the designed system, it was found that the ICT-oriented management of future teachers' independent work is adaptable, flexible, efficient, transparent, objective. These features determine the new quality of management of future teachers' independent work. |
