În acest articol ne propunem să facem o analiză și evaluare a unor aspecte legate de aplicarea poligrafului la cercetarea infracțiunilor de terorism. Se va acorda atenție abilităților și competențelor profesionale ale examinatorului. Vom stabili circumstanțele ce urmează a fi elucidate prin aplicarea poligrafului la cercetarea actelor de terorism. Vom analiza profilul psiho-criminologic al persoanei care comite acte de terorism - element de importanță majoră la alcătuirea testelor pentru examinarea poligraf. Vom propune structura bateriei de teste, pe care o considerăm optimă pentru a fi aplicată la testarea faptului consumat, precum și la etapa prevenirii și combaterii terorismului. Ne vom concentra asupra modului și metodologiei de efectuare a examinării poligraf și vom face recomandări pentru cercetările ulterioare în domeniul aplicării poligrafului. ; In this article we propose to make an analysis and evaluation of some aspects related to the application of the polygraph to the investigation of terrorist crimes. Attention will be paid to the professional skills and competences of the examiner. We will establish the circumstances to be elucidated by applying the polygraph to the investigation of acts of terrorism. We will analyze the psycho-criminological profile of the person who commits acts of terrorism - an element of major importance when composing the tests for the polygraph examination. We will propose the structure of the battery of tests, which we consider optimal to be applied to the testing of the fact consumed, as well as to the stage of preventing and combating terrorism. We will focus on the manner and methodology of conducting the polygraph examination and make recommendations for further research in the field of polygraph application. |
