الوصف: | 我国“双一流”建设目标的提出无疑是对传统办学体制、机制的一个极大挑战。在传统办学体制下,高校发展逐渐形成了学术资本主义逻辑、政府主导逻辑、外生型逻辑、模仿型逻辑,最终造成了高校的同质化和恶性竞争。“双一流”建设为办学机制创新提供了一次机遇,它呼唤高校应该导向学术本位、自主型、内生型和创生型发展逻辑,从而构建一个公平的学术发展环境,使每一所高校都能够尽展其个性特色,使每一位教师的创造性得以张扬,如此才能够为“双一流”建设打下一个宽广的发展基础。 ; Double World-Class Building (DWB) is a big challenge to the traditional mechanism of school management. Such traditional mechanism has led universities into a homogenization and vicious competition owing to its logics of academic capitalism, government dominance, exogeneity and imitativeness.
