Barra minn hekk l-orkidi huma pjanti x'aktarx rari u ta' kultivazzjoni diffiċli tant li l-fjuri tagħhom iġibu prezzijiet għoljin ħafna fl-industrija ta' l-ortikoltura. Minkejja r-rarita tagħhom l-orkidi jikbru mad-dinja kollha u fil-fatt huma l-akbar familja ta' pjanti b'xi 18,000 il-speċi differenti. ; N/A |
