( A ) Competition binding assay between molecules 1c and 2 employing recombinant cTXNPx. Recombinant L . amazonensis cTXNPx was incubated with the indicated concentrations of 1c for 60 min, then washed, incubated with 2 (50 μM), and linked to 4 by CuAAC.
