( A ) Competition binding assay between molecules 1c and 2 employing recombinant cTXNPx. Recombinant L . amazonensis cTXNPx was incubated with the indicated concentrations of 1c for 60 min, then washed, incubated with 2 (50 μM), and linked to 4 by CuAAC. Representative fluorescence gel images signals of 4 . ( B ) protein melting curve from thermal shift assay of cTXNPx protein incubated with the indicated concentrations of 1c (brown) or 3 (blue).
