| الوصف: | El objetivo de la ponencia es dar cuenta a manera descriptiva, como primera aproximación, de las trayectorias políticas de quienes llegan a ser diputados locales en tres legislaturas locales (2006-2009, 2009-2012 y 2012-2015) en contexto de no reelección. Se da cuenta de las principales características como edad, grado educativo y composición por sexo; también se exponen los puestos previos que han ocupado, lo que permite apuntar algunas hipótesis sobre profesionalización; se presenta la trayectoria tras dejar el puesto; y algunos casos de reciclaje o éxito político. Los hallazgos permiten comenzar a establecer: patrones de reclutamiento político, la formación de carreras políticas en puestos sucesivos y la formación de élites legislativas en reciclaje continuo. Con lo anterior se pretende comenzar a cubrir un vacío, para el caso específico de SLP, en el estudio de élites parlamentarias locales y comenzar a generar información potencialmente comparable, así como proporcionar información valiosa para el análisis del sistema político local. ; The aim of the report is to describe, as a first approximation, the political trajectories of those who become local MEPs in three local legislatures (2006-2009, 2009-2012 and 2012-2015) in a context of non-re-election. Notes the main characteristics such as age, educational attainment and gender composition; they also set out the previous posts they have occupied, which makes it possible to point out some assumptions about professionalisation; the path after leaving the post is presented; and some cases of recycling or political success. The findings make it possible to start establishing: political recruitment patterns, the formation of political careers in successive positions and the training of legislative elites in continuous retraining.
